Ingredients

gms paneer

corn flour

1/4 cup

capsicum diced into cubes

1/2 cup

chopped spring onions

1/2 cup

green chillies chopped

tbsp soy sauce

tsp vinegar

tsp chilli sauce

1

cloves garlic minced

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside.

Step 2:

In a bowl mix corn flour, salt and water to create a thick batter.

Step 3:

Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Step 4:

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Saute minced garlic and chopped green chillies.

Step 5:

Add diced capsicum and spring onions to the pan.

Step 6:

Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Stir well.

Step 7:

Now, add the fried paneer cubes to the pan, mix well ensuring all cubes are coated with the sauce.

Step 8:

Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
