Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the chopped green chillies and tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and fry for a few seconds.

Step 5:

Add the paneer cubes and fry for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Step 8:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
