tomatoes, finely chopped

green chillies, finely chopped

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

oil

2 tablespoons

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Step 4:

Add tomatoes and green chillies and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add capsicum and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add all the dry spices and mix well.

Step 7:

Add paneer cubes and mix gently.

Step 8:

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until the capsicum is cooked.

Step 9:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 10:

Serve hot with chapatis or parathas.
