medium sized capsicums, diced

onions, finely chopped

tomatoes, finely chopped

green chillies, finely chopped

ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

oil

2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until they are soft and mushy.

Step 4:

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Fry for a few seconds.

Step 5:

Add the diced capsicums and fry for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add the paneer cubes and fry for a few minutes.

Step 7:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 8:

Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Step 9:

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
