Directions

Step 1:

Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add the turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, sugar, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Stir to combine.

Step 4:

Add the onion, tomatoes, and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5:

Add the blanched spinach and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6:

Add the cream and butter and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice. Enjoy!
