Water as required



Step 1:

In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, spinach, oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 2:

Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.

Step 3:

Divide the dough into small balls.

Step 4:

Take one ball and roll it out into a thin circle.

Step 5:

Heat a tawa and place the rolled out paratha on it.

Step 6:

Cook on both sides until golden brown.

Step 7:

Serve hot with curd or pickle.
