In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, spinach, oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Add enough water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take one ball and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled out parantha on the tawa.
Cook the parantha for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Flip it over and cook the other side.
Brush some oil on the parantha and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with curd or pickle. Enjoy!
