cumin seeds

coriander powder

large onion, finely chopped

green chilies, finely chopped


spinach, chopped

2 cups

paneer, cubed

1 cup

tomato puree

1/2 cup

heavy cream

1/2 cup

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.

Step 4:

Add the coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add the spinach and cook for a few minutes until it wilts.

Step 6:

Add the paneer cubes and tomato puree and stir to combine.

Step 7:

Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.

Step 8:

Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 9:

Add salt to taste.

Step 10:

Serve hot with rice or naan.
