white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons

honey

2 tablespoons

salt

1/4 teaspoon

freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the oranges, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Step 2:

Gently toss to combine.

Step 3:

Add the parsley and mint and toss again.

Step 4:
