About

Onion Raita is a traditional Indian side dish served with Biryani or Pulao. It is a blend of chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves mixed with whisked yogurt. The raw onions give a nice crunch, while the yogurt soothes the heat from spicy mains. It is a simple, healthy, and refreshing dish which enhances the flavour of many Indian dishes.
