Add the oats, milk, and a pinch of salt to a pot and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats are your desired consistency - about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add honey and mix well.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top it with the mixed fruits and nuts.
Serve hot.
