Peel and dice the Nashpati into small cubes.
In a large saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat.
Add the diced Nashpati and stir to coat with the ghee.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
Stir to combine and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
