freshly grated coconut

1/4 teaspoon

black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

sugar

1/4 teaspoon

lemon juice

Directions

Step 1:

In a blender, add the grated coconut and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.

Step 3:

Add the salt, black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into a glass and serve chilled. Enjoy!
