Daliya (cracked wheat)

1 cup

cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

garam masala

1/4 teaspoon

amchur powder

1/4 teaspoon

black pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon

dry mango powder

1/4 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/4 teaspoon


1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add Daliya and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add all the spices and mix well.

Step 5:

Add salt to taste and mix again.

Step 6:

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7:

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.

Step 8:

Serve hot.
