large onion, chopped

grated fresh ginger

orange juice

tomato paste

honey

chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1:

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3:

Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 5:

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 6:

Add the orange juice, tomato paste, honey, and cilantro and stir to combine.

Step 7:

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Step 8:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 9:

Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
