Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onions and green chillies to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add the mutton mince, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt to the pan.
Cook on medium flame until the mutton is cooked and all the flavours are well combined.
Garnish with garam masala powder and serve hot.
