turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

Salt to taste

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until they are soft.

Step 4:

Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Fry for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add the mutton and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until the mutton is cooked.

Step 8:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
