Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
Open the lid and add the chopped coriander leaves.
Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
