Mutton Curry is a spicy and flavorful Indian dish made with mutton (goat meat) and a blend of aromatic spices. Usually cooked slow, the mutton releases its juices to give the curry a deep, rich flavor. It is a staple dish of several Indian cuisines and is enjoyed with either rice or bread (like naan or chapati).
