In a large bowl, add the puffed rice, peanuts, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chillies.
Add salt, red chilli powder, and mustard oil. Mix well.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and give it a good stir.
Muri is ready to be served. It is best served immediately to maintain its crunchiness.
