2 tablespoons

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons



Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar and salt.

Step 4:

Stir and cook for a few seconds.

Step 5:

Add the puffed rice and mix well.

Step 6:

Cook for a few minutes until the puffed rice is lightly toasted.

Step 7:

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves.

Step 8:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
