chaat masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the mungfali and fry for a few minutes until they are lightly browned.

Step 3:

Add the cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt to taste.

Step 4:

Fry for a few more minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Step 5:
