About

Multigrain roti is a type of flatbread made with a combination of grains, such as wheat, barley, millet, and oats. It is a popular dish in India and other parts of South Asia. It is usually served with curries, dals, vegetables, and other accompaniments. Multigrain roti is a healthy alternative to white flour roti, as it is high in fiber and other nutrients. It is also a great source of complex carbohydrates, which can help to keep you feel full for longer.
