In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and oil.
Add the grated radish, chopped onion, cabbage, carrot, and coriander leaves.
Mix everything together until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it is soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions.
Take one portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled out paratha on the griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Flip the paratha and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Spread some ghee over the paratha and cook for another minute.
Flip the paratha and spread some more ghee.
Cook for another minute or until the paratha is golden brown and crisp.
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough.
Serve the muli parathas hot with pickle or chutney. Enjoy!
