Motichoor Laddoo is a popular Indian sweet made with chickpea flour, sugar, and ghee. The batter is dropped into hot oil in small droplets, which are then fried until golden brown. The fried boondi is then mixed with sugar syrup and ghee, and shaped into round laddoos. The laddoos are then garnished with nuts and dried fruits. Motichoor Laddoo is a popular sweet served during festivals and special occasions.
