Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add besan and roast it for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown.
In a separate pan, add sugar and water and bring it to a boil.
Once the sugar syrup reaches one string consistency, add the roasted besan and mix well.
Add cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios and raisins and mix well.
Grease your hands with ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball.
Place the laddoos on a plate and let them cool down.
Serve the motichoor laddoos and enjoy!
