water

2 cups

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Rinse the moong beans in cold water and drain.

Step 2:

Place the beans in a pot and add the water.

Step 3:

Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.

Step 4:

Simmer the beans for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5:

Add the salt and oil and stir.

Step 6:

Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the beans are tender.

Step 7:
