Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.

Step 4:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter and sugar, mixing until just combined.

Step 5:

Stir in the vanilla extract, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cranberries, apricots, and dates.

Step 6:

Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.

Step 7:

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 8:

Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
