diced mushrooms

olive oil

1/4 cup

garlic powder

1 teaspoon

onion powder

1 teaspoon

dried oregano

1 teaspoon

dried basil

1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine all of the diced vegetables.

Step 3:

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and mix until all of the vegetables are evenly coated.

Step 4:

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and mix until all of the vegetables are evenly seasoned.

Step 5:

Spread the vegetables out onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Step 6:

Serve warm and enjoy!
