Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine all the diced vegetables.

Step 3:

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and mix until all the vegetables are evenly coated.

Step 4:

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and mix until all the vegetables are evenly seasoned.

Step 5:

Spread the vegetables onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.

Step 6:

Serve warm. Enjoy!
