In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
Add the grated vegetables, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, and carom seeds. Mix everything until well combined.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Take one portion, roll it out into a circular shape.
Cook on a hot tawa, applying ghee or butter, till golden spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
