Soak the millet, fenugreek seeds and urad dal in water separately for 4-5 hours.
After soaking, blend the urad dal, fenugreek, and millet together by adding some water until a smooth batter is formed. Add salt and mix well.
Leave the batter to ferment overnight.
In the morning, heat a dosa pan over medium heat.
Pour some batter in the center of the pan and spread it outward in a circular motion to form a dosa.
Drizzle a little oil on top and let it cook on medium flame until golden brown.
Fold and remove the dosa from the pan.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
