black tea bags

sugar

2 tablespoons

milk

2 cups

tapioca pearls

Directions

Step 1:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Step 2:

Add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Remove the tea bags and add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.

Step 4:

Add the milk and bring to a simmer.

Step 5:

Add the tapioca pearls and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Strain the tea into a pitcher and serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
