Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in the crushed Milk Bikis.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
