In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, oil, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder, ajwain and salt.
Add the chopped methi leaves and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha on it.
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with curd or pickle.
