paneer (cubed)

garlic paste

tomatoes (puréed)

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle, add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions become translucent.

Step 2:

Add puréed tomatoes and all the spices. Cook until oil separates from the mixture.

Step 3:

Add methi leaves and paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 4:

Serve hot with roti or rice.
