In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cumin seeds, carom seeds, and oil.
Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and mix well.
Add enough water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled out dough on the tawa and cook for a few seconds.
Flip the khakhra and cook the other side.
Spread some ghee on the khakhra and cook for a few more seconds.
Flip the khakhra again and cook until it is crisp and golden brown.
Serve hot or store in an airtight container.
