potatoes, peeled and cubed

fresh methi leaves, chopped

1/2 cup

cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

amchur powder

1/2 teaspoon

oil

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add methi leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.

Step 5:

Mix everything together and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
