Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
Add cubed potatoes and mix well.
Add all the spices - coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
Add chopped methi leaves and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
