Boil 2 cups of Maggie noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a few seconds.
Add onion, tomato, green chillies and green peas. Fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Add the boiled Maggie noodles and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
