tomato puree

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Sauté for a few seconds.

Step 5:

Add tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add green peas and paneer cubes and mix well.

Step 7:

Add cream and mix well.

Step 8:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 9:

Cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.

Step 10:

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
