Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
Add all the dry spices and mix well.
Add cubed paneer and green peas and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of water and let the curry simmer for 10 minutes.
Add kasuri methi and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti or naan.
