fresh matar (peas)

paneer (cottage cheese)

200 grams

onions, pureed

tomatoes, pureed

2

green chillies, slit

turmeric powder

A pinch

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

oil

2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the onion puree. Saute until it turns golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the pureed tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook it until the oil separates.

Step 3:

Then add the peas and paneer. Stir well and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4:

Sprinkle garam masala and give it a quick stir.

Step 5:

Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
