garlic paste

cumin powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

green peas

1/4 cup


2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves for garnish



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

Step 5:

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Step 6:

Add the mushrooms and green peas and mix well.

Step 7:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 8:

Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked.

Step 9:

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
