1 teaspoon

green chillies, chopped


chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Step 2:

When the seeds start to crackle, add the grated carrots and green peas.

Step 3:

Saute for a few minutes and then add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

Step 4:

Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
