Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is lightly browned.
Add the cubed potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the boiled green peas, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix everything together and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice. Enjoy!
