Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the potatoes and fry them until they are golden brown.
Add the green peas and fry for a few minutes.
Add the coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt.
Mix everything together and cook for a few minutes.
Add a few tablespoons of water and cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes and peas are cooked through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
