Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When the seeds start to splutter, add the chopped green chillies, onion and ginger-garlic paste.
Saute for a few minutes until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
Add the Upma Rava and mix well.
Add the salt and 2 cups of water and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Once the Upma is cooked, add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
