In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper and cilantro and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the masala omelette hot with your favorite chutney or sauce. Enjoy!
