garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves for garnish



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until they are soft.

Step 4:

Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Fry for a few minutes.

Step 5:

Add the chicken and mix well.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 8:

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
